摘要：塑料是重要的工程材料，經(jīng)過一定的溫度、壓力塑制成形，因此對加工各種塑料制品的模具材料要求很嚴(yán)格，經(jīng)過精湛的熱處理能提高模具的使用壽命。闡述了模具失效的主要形式，提出了提高模具壽命的具體措施。

Abstract： Plastic is an important engineering material， after a certain temperature， pressure plastic forming， so the processing of all kinds of plastic products mold materials are very strict， after exquisite heat treatment can improve the life of the mold. This paper expounds the main forms of die failure， and advances some concrete measures for increasing die life.
