一種長短葉片形式轉(zhuǎn)輪的制造工藝流程

摘要:結(jié)合某混流電站長短葉片形式轉(zhuǎn)輪葉片數(shù)量多、葉片間作業(yè)空間狹小、焊縫力學(xué)性能要求高的特點(diǎn),通過采用長葉片單獨(dú)裝配焊接、短葉片穿軸臥放裝配焊接來解決葉片間操作空間狹小的問題,并通過調(diào)整焊接材料與焊接工藝保證焊縫的焊接質(zhì)量與力學(xué)性能。

A manufacturing process of a long and short blade type runner

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of a mixed flow power plant with a large number of long and short blade form runners, narrow working space between blades, and high mechanical performance requirements for welds, the problem of narrow operating space between blades is solved by using separate assembly and welding of long blades and horizontal assembly and welding of short blades through shafts. The welding quality and mechanical properties of welds are ensured by adjusting the welding material and welding process.
