摘要:在風(fēng)力發(fā)電的風(fēng)機安裝過程中,底段T形法蘭起到了連接塔架和地面基礎(chǔ)樁作用,是連接風(fēng)機的重要部件,直接影響了風(fēng)機的安裝及運行壽命。生產(chǎn)中,底段塔架門洞及門框的焊接對T形法蘭平面度的影響重大,為此討論及分析了門框焊接對底段T形法蘭圓度的影響、預(yù)防措施及解決方案。

The influence and prevention of wind turbine door frame welding on the ellipticity of bottom T-flange

Abstract: In the installation process of wind turbine, the bottom T-flange plays the role of connecting the tower and the ground foundation pile, and is an important part of connecting the fan, which directly affects the installation and operation life of the fan. In production, the welding of the bottom tower door hole and door frame has a great influence on the flatness of the T- flange. This paper discusses and analyzes the influence of door frame welding on the ellipticity of the bottom T-shaped flange, preventive measures and solutions.
