50CrVA鋼彈簧斷裂原因分析

摘要:航空發(fā)動機(jī)放氣機(jī)構(gòu)的內(nèi)彈簧在使用過程中發(fā)生斷裂。通過宏觀觀察、斷口分析、金相檢查、氫含量檢測及硬度檢測等手段,分析了彈簧斷裂的失效模式。結(jié)果表明:彈簧斷裂屬氫脆斷裂,多次腐蝕工序引入過多氫是導(dǎo)致氫脆的主要原因。

Fracture failure analysis of 50CrVA steel spring

Abstract: The spring of the discharge valve mechanism on an aero-engine were failure during servicing. The failure mode of cracks parts were investigated by using macro-observation,fracture analysis,. metallographic analysis, hydrogen content, hardness test . The results show that the failure mode of the springs is hydrogen embrittlement fracture. And the main reason of spring fracture is inhale too much hydrogen during cadmium plating process multiple corrosions.
