模壓淬火工藝對滲碳軸承套圈畸變的影響

摘要:SAE5120鋼制軸承套圈滲碳淬火后畸變較大,通過感應(yīng)加熱并模壓淬火的方式可有效控制軸承套圈畸變。模具施加不同的壓力、不同的加熱工藝對套圈的畸變和理化性能有明顯影響。闡述了不同模壓淬火工藝方法,并通過統(tǒng)計分析,得出了模具壓力與淬火冷卻介質(zhì)濃度對硬度、畸變和磨削余量的影響。

Abstract: The bearing ring made of SAE5120, after carburizing and quenching, the deformation of the ring is bad. The deformation of the bearing ring can be effectively controlled through induction heating and die quenching. The application of different pressures and heating processes on the mold has a significant impact on the deformation and physicochemical properties of the ring. This article elaborates on different mold pressing quenching methods and, through statistical analysis, obtains the effects of mold pressure and quenching medium concentration on deformation and grinding allowance.
