中醫(yī)護理干預(yù)改善老年慢性支氣管炎患者中醫(yī)癥狀及生活質(zhì)量的效果研究

【摘要】目的：分析老年慢性支氣管炎患者開展中醫(yī)護理干預(yù)的應(yīng)用效果。方法：本次研究時間段與對象分別為2021年1月—2021年12月與80例老年慢性支氣管炎患者，并以護理措施分為常規(guī)組（40例，常規(guī)護理）和中醫(yī)組（40例，中醫(yī)護理），對比兩組患者護理結(jié)果。結(jié)果：護理前，兩組中醫(yī)癥狀積分及生活質(zhì)量評分比較無差異（P>0.05）；護理后，兩組中醫(yī)癥狀積分較護理前明顯降低，生活質(zhì)量評分較護理前明顯提升，且中醫(yī)組上述指標(biāo)更突出（P

Study effect of TCM nursing intervention on improving TCM symptoms and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods：The study period and objects were from January 2021 to December 2021 and eighty elderly patients with chronic bronchitis，and the patients were divided intothe conventional group （40 cases，conventional care） andthe traditional Chinese medicine group （40 cases，traditional Chinese medicine care） by nursing measures.The nursing results of the two groups of patients were compared.Results：There was no difference in TCM symptom scores and quality of life scoresbetween the two groups before nursing （P>0.05）；After nursing，theTCM symptom scores in both groupsweresignificantly decreasedcompared to before nursing，quality of life scores were significantly increasedcompared to before nursing，and the above indexes were more prominent in the traditional Chinese medicine group （P
