【摘要】目的：探討超聲引導(dǎo)下微創(chuàng)旋切術(shù)治療乳腺良性腫瘤的臨床效果。方法：選取286例乳腺良性腫瘤患者，隨機分為對照組和實驗組，各143例，分別采取傳統(tǒng)開放式手術(shù)和超聲引導(dǎo)下微創(chuàng)旋切術(shù)治療，對比兩組臨床療效。結(jié)果：實驗組患者治療總有效率及總滿意度高于對照組，手術(shù)時間、愈合時間、住院時間及瘢痕長度均短于對照組，出血量、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率及疼痛評分均低于對照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive rotationctomy under ultrasound guidance in the treatment of benign breast tumors.Methods：286 patients with benign breast tumors were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group，with 143 cases in each group.They were treated with traditional open surgery and minimally invasive rotationctomy under ultrasound guidance，respectively.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results：The total effective rate and overall satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group，the operation time，healing time，hospitalization time and scar length were shorter than those of the control group，and the bleeding volume，complication rate and pain score were lower than those of the control group （P
