機(jī)械振動(dòng)排痰伴童趣化心理護(hù)理在支氣管肺炎患兒中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】目的：分析機(jī)械振動(dòng)排痰伴童趣化心理護(hù)理在支氣管肺炎患兒中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：擇取80例支氣管肺炎患兒為研究對(duì)象，將其分為新式組和傳統(tǒng)組，每組40例。治療方式為機(jī)械振動(dòng)排痰，傳統(tǒng)組接受常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)，新式組以傳統(tǒng)組方案為基準(zhǔn)，接受童趣化心理護(hù)理，比較兩組護(hù)理結(jié)果。結(jié)果：和傳統(tǒng)組相比，新式組患兒的臨床癥狀消失時(shí)間和住院時(shí)間更短，治療依從性更高，家長護(hù)理滿意率更高，P

Application of mechanical vibration expectoration with childlike psychological nursing in children with bronchopneumonia

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the application effect of mechanical vibration expectoration combined with childlike psychological nursing in children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods：80 children with bronchopneumonia were selected as the study objects and divided into the new group and the traditional group，with 40 cases in each group.The treatment method was mechanical vibration expectoration.The traditional group received routine nursing intervention，while the new group received childlike psychological care based on the traditional group plan.The nursing results of the two groups were compared.Results：Compared with the traditional group，the clinical symptoms disappearance time and hospitalization time of the new group were shorter，the treatment compliance was higher，and the nursing satisfaction rate of parents was higher （P
