【摘要】目的：研究無痛分娩和導(dǎo)樂分娩對(duì)初產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)程、分娩方式及妊娠結(jié)局的影響。方法：以我院2022年1月—2022年12月收治的90例初產(chǎn)婦為研究對(duì)象，依照隨機(jī)抽簽法將初產(chǎn)婦劃分為兩組，各45例，對(duì)照組實(shí)施常規(guī)分娩，觀察組實(shí)施無痛分娩和導(dǎo)樂分娩，比較兩組初產(chǎn)婦的產(chǎn)程、分娩方式及妊娠結(jié)局。結(jié)果：①觀察組第一產(chǎn)程、第二產(chǎn)程、第三產(chǎn)程以及總產(chǎn)程均短于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effects of painless delivery and doula delivery on the labor process，delivery mode and pregnancy outcome of primipara.Methods：90 cases of primiparas admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects，and the primiparous women were divided into two groups according to the random drawing method，with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine delivery，while the observation group received painless delivery and doula delivery.The labor course，delivery mode and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results：①The first stage of labor，the second stage of labor，the third stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group （P

初產(chǎn)婦為第1次生產(chǎn)，且未存在懷孕達(dá)28周流產(chǎn)的女性，由于其缺乏分娩經(jīng)驗(yàn)，同時(shí)產(chǎn)程進(jìn)展相對(duì)較慢，導(dǎo)致其在分娩時(shí)易存在較為強(qiáng)烈的應(yīng)激反應(yīng)，影響產(chǎn)程與妊娠結(jié)局[1-2]。（剩余4205字）
