【Abstract】Objective：To explore the impact of nursing intervention on delivery outcomes and psychological status of primiparous women undergoing uterine balloon induced labour.Methods：Sixty primiparous women who underwent uterine balloon induced labour in our hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Grouping was conducted using a random number table method，with the control group （30 cases） receiving routine care and the study group （30 cases） receiving comprehensive care.The delivery outcomes，psychological states and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results：The natural delivery rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group，and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was less than that of the control group （P
