【摘要】目的：研究風(fēng)險防控及細(xì)節(jié)管理在婦產(chǎn)科護(hù)理管理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取2021年4月—2023年4月我醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科收治的100例住院患者，以隨機數(shù)字表法將所有患者劃分為兩組，組別包括觀察組和對照組，每組50例，對照組行常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組則采取風(fēng)險防控及細(xì)節(jié)管理，詳細(xì)對比兩組的護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：護(hù)理后，觀察組患者健康知識掌握度、遵醫(yī)行為以及自我管理能力評分顯著高于對照組，焦慮情緒及抑郁情緒評分低于對照組，護(hù)理不良事件發(fā)生率和并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對照組，生活質(zhì)量評分以及護(hù)理滿意度均高于對照組，組間各項指標(biāo)結(jié)果對比后顯示有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

Study on the effect of risk prevention and control and detail management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management

【Abstract】Objective：To study the application effect of risk prevention and control and detail management in the nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods：100 hospitalized patients admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected.According to the random number table method，all patients were divided into two groups，including the observation group and the control group，with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine care，while the observation group received risk prevention and control and detail management.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared in detail. Results：After nursing，the scores of health knowledge mastery，compliance behavior and self management ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group，the scores of anxiety and depression were lower than those in the control group，the incidence of nursing adverse events and the incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group，and the quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group，the indicators of the two groups after the comparison showed statistical significance （P
