【摘要】目的：分析護(hù)患溝通技巧在傳染科護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取2022年10月—2023年10月期間在本院傳染科接受治療的108例傳染病患者，以隨機(jī)法劃分為兩組，每組54例，對照組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組采用護(hù)患溝通技巧護(hù)理，比較兩組干預(yù)后的護(hù)理質(zhì)量、護(hù)理結(jié)果、治療依從性與護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果：觀察組干預(yù)后的服務(wù)態(tài)度、健康宣教、護(hù)理技巧與問題解決評分較對照組更高，差異顯著（P
