【摘要】目的：探究西醫(yī)藥物聯(lián)合滋腎寧心湯改善女性更年期綜合征的臨床效果。方法：選取2022年1月—2022年12月本院收治的80例女性更年期綜合征患者，隨機將其分為對照組與觀察組，每組40例，對照組采用西醫(yī)藥物治療，觀察組采用西醫(yī)藥物聯(lián)合滋腎寧心湯治療，對兩組治療效果進行觀察。結果：治療前，兩組中醫(yī)癥狀積分、激素水平、血脂水平及免疫功能指標比較均無顯著差異（P>0.05）；治療后，觀察組上述指標改善情況均優(yōu)于對照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical effect of western medicine combined with Zishen Ningxin decoction on improving female climacteric syndrome.Methods：80 female patients with climacteric syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine，and the observation group was treated with western medicine combined with ZishenNingxindecoction.
