益氣活血湯治療氣陰兩虛型早期糖尿病腎病患者的療效研究

【摘要】目的：研究益氣活血湯治療氣陰兩虛型早期糖尿病腎病（DKD）患者的療效。方法：選取本院2022年1月—2022年12月接收的60例氣陰兩虛型早期DKD患者展開研究，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)原則將患者分為對照組（30例）與觀察組（30例），對照組行常規(guī)治療，觀察組行益氣活血湯治療，對比兩組治療效果。結(jié)果：治療前，兩組中醫(yī)癥狀評分、糖代謝指標(biāo)及腎功能指標(biāo)比較均無明顯差異（P>0.05）；治療后，觀察組中醫(yī)癥狀評分、糖代謝指標(biāo)及腎功能指標(biāo)均優(yōu)于對照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of patients with early diabetic kidney disease （DKD） with deficiency of both qi and yin.Methods：A study was conducted on 60 early DKD patients with deficiency of both qiandyin type admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022.They were divided into the control group （30 cases）and the observation group （30 cases）according to the principle of random numbers，the control group received routine treatment，and the observation group received Yiqi Huoxue Decoction treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results：Before treatment，there was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores，glucose metabolism indicators and renal function indicators between the two groups （P>0.05）；After treatment，the TCM symptom scores， glucose metabolism indicators， and renal function indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P
