【摘要】目的：探析家庭醫(yī)生護理團隊在參與社區(qū)居民慢病管理中的效果。方法：收集2022年1月—2023年1月社區(qū)管理的慢病患者共750例，使用電腦隨機分組法將全部患者分成研究組和對比組兩組，對比組行常規(guī)門診管理，研究組行家庭醫(yī)生護理團隊管理，比對兩組的指標(biāo)。結(jié)果：研究組的血壓指標(biāo)和血糖指標(biāo)低于對比組，比對有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of family doctor nursing team in participating in the management of chronic diseases of community residents. Methods： A total of 750 patients with chronic diseases were collected from January 2022 to January 2023. All patients were randomly divided into study group and control group by computer.
