中醫(yī)護(hù)理在預(yù)防腹腔鏡下子宮肌瘤剔除術(shù)后并發(fā)癥中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】目的：分析中醫(yī)護(hù)理在預(yù)防腹腔鏡下子宮肌瘤剔除術(shù)后并發(fā)癥中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取我院2021年1月—2023年1月的84例子宮肌瘤患者，隨機(jī)將其分成為兩組。對(duì)照組采取常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組采取中醫(yī)護(hù)理。結(jié)果：觀察組的出血、盆腔粘連、腹脹、感染和腸梗阻發(fā)生率更低（P0.05），護(hù)理后，兩組的總體健康、軀體疼痛、精神健康、情感職能、社會(huì)功能、生理功能、活力以及生理職能評(píng)分均明顯升高（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effectiveness of Chinese medical care in preventing complications after Laparoscopic Hysteromyomectomy. Methods：84 patients with uterine fibroids from January 2021 to January 2023 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional care and the observation group was given TCM care. Results：Lower incidence of bleeding， pelvic adhesions， abdominal distension， infection and intestinal obstruction in the observation group （P0.05）， and after care， the overall health， somatic pain， mental health， emotional function， social function， physiological function， vitality， and role-physiological scores were significantly higher in both groups （P
