【摘要】目的:分析多巴胺對(duì)感染性休克的治療效果。方法:納入68例感染性休克患者,2020年6月—2022年6月就診,對(duì)所有患者行回顧性研究,根據(jù)治療方式分組,對(duì)照組患者34例,接受常規(guī)治療,觀察組34例聯(lián)合使用多巴胺,對(duì)比治療前后休克指數(shù)、生化指標(biāo)、腎功能水平。 結(jié)果:患者治療前休克指數(shù)、生化指標(biāo)、腎功能水平對(duì)比無(wú)差異(P>0.05),觀察組治療后休克指數(shù)、乳酸、心率、尿素氮水平低于對(duì)照組,平均動(dòng)脈壓、中心靜脈壓、內(nèi)生肌酐清除率和每小時(shí)尿量高于對(duì)照組,組間對(duì)比有差異(P

【Abstract】Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of dopamine on septic shock. Methods:A total of 68 patients with septic shock were included and treated from June 2020 to June 2022. A retrospective study was performed on all patients, who were divided according to treatment. 34 patients in the control group received conventional treatment, and 34 patients in the observation group received combined dopamine. The shock index, biochemical indexes and renal function levels before and after treatment were compared. Results:There were no differences in shock index, biochemical index and renal function before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the shock index, lactic acid, heart rate and urea nitrogen level in observation group were lower than those in control group, while the mean arterial pressure, central venous pressure, endogenous creatinine clearance and urine volume per hour in observation group were higher than those in control group, and there were differences between groups (P
