【摘要】目的：分析優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理在泌尿系結(jié)石鈥激光碎石并置入DJ管患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取我院2020年1月—2022年12月的71例泌尿系結(jié)石患者，隨機(jī)將其分成為兩組。兩組均采取鈥激光碎石并置入DJ管，對(duì)照組采取常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組采取優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理并延伸至院外。結(jié)果：觀察組的血尿、尿路感染、腰痛、結(jié)石再生和漏拔管發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組（P0.05），護(hù)理后，兩組的CRP、PCT、WBC水平均明顯升高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing in patients with urinary tract stones treated with holmium laser lithotripsy and implanted with DJ catheter. Methods： 71 patients with urinary tract stones from January 2020 to December 2022 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy and implanted with a DJ tube. The control group received routine care， while the observation group received high-quality care and extended beyond the hospital. Results：The incidence of hematuria， urinary tract infection， low back pain， stone regeneration， and missed extubation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P0.05）.
