【Abstract】Objective：To explore the value of multidisciplinary team continuous nursing led by specialized nurses for elderly patients with diabetes. Methods：From September 2021 to September 2022， 92 elderly patients with diabetes were selected. According to the random number table method， 46 cases were divided into two groups.
