全程優(yōu)質(zhì)護理干預(yù)對激光碎石術(shù)手術(shù)患者影響研究

【摘要】目的：分析激光碎石術(shù)手術(shù)患者開展全程優(yōu)質(zhì)護理效果。方法：研究納入80例激光碎石術(shù)手術(shù)患者分為優(yōu)質(zhì)護理組與參考組，各40例，參照組常規(guī)護理，優(yōu)質(zhì)護理組全程優(yōu)質(zhì)護理，比較各組數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果：優(yōu)質(zhì)護理組患者術(shù)后各項指標(biāo)（排氣的具體時長與導(dǎo)尿管留置的具體時長、進食的具體時長、術(shù)后下床活動的具體時長與住院的具體時長）均比參考組短，術(shù)后并發(fā)癥率比參考組更低，滿意度評分（醫(yī)患關(guān)系、醫(yī)療環(huán)境、操作技能與服務(wù)態(tài)度）均高于參考組（P

Study on the impact of high-quality nursing intervention throughout the process on patients undergoing laser lithotripsy surgery

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the quality nursing effect of laser lithotripsy.Methods：Eighty patients with laser lithotripsy were included in the study and divided into quality care group and reference group， with 40 cases in each group. The reference group received routine care and the high-quality care group received whole-course high-quality care.Results：All postoperative indexes （exhaust time and catheter indent time， feeding time， getting out of bed time and hospitalization time） in quality care group were shorter than those in reference group， the postoperative complication rate was lower than that in reference group， and the satisfaction score （doctor-patient relationship， medical environment， operating skills and service attitude） was higher than reference group（P
