【摘要】目的：探討手術(shù)室舒適護(hù)理在腹腔鏡胃癌根治術(shù)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：隨機(jī)選取83例我院行腹腔鏡胃癌根治術(shù)的患者，依照隨機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)原則將患者分為兩小組，其中對(duì)照組（n=42）接受常規(guī)護(hù)理，試驗(yàn)組（n=41）接受手術(shù)室舒適護(hù)理。對(duì)兩組患者心理狀態(tài)、胃腸功能恢復(fù)情況以及護(hù)理滿意度方面予以比較。結(jié)果：相較于對(duì)照組SAS、SDS評(píng)分方面，干預(yù)后試驗(yàn)組升高明顯，而相較于對(duì)照組，干預(yù)后試驗(yàn)組胃腸道的恢復(fù)時(shí)長方面，均縮短明顯，差異顯著（P
