【摘要】目的：分析慢性疾病軌跡模式護理對白血病患者的護理效果。方法：選取我院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的70例白血病患者，隨機將其分成為兩組。對照組采取常規(guī)護理，觀察組采取慢性疾病軌跡模式護理。結(jié)果：護理前，兩組的溝通能力、個人強度、抗壓能力、愉悅度以及情緒控制力評分無明顯差異（P>0.05），護理后，兩組的溝通能力、個人強度、抗壓能力、愉悅度以及情緒控制力評分均明顯升高（P0.05），護理后，兩組的精神或心理維度、生理功能維度、治療影響維度及社會關(guān)系維度評分明顯降低（P

Observation on the Nursing Effect of Chronic Disease Trajectory Model Nursing on Leukemia Patients

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the nursing effect of chronic disease trajectory model nursing on leukemia patients. Methods： 70 leukemia patients were selected from our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022， and randomly divided them into two groups. The control group took routine nursing， and the observation group took chronic disease trajectory model nursing. Results： Before nursing， there was no significant difference in the scores of communication ability， personal strength， stress resistance， pleasure and emotional control between the two groups （P>0.05）. After nursing， the scores of communication ability， personal strength， stress resistance， pleasure and emotional control of the two groups were significantly increased （P0.05）.
