硝呋太爾制霉素陰道軟膠囊治療陰道炎的效果研究

【摘要】目的：分析硝呋太爾制霉素陰道軟膠囊用于治療陰道炎的效果。方法：選擇2022年1月—2022年12月期間的118例陰道炎患者，隨機分為兩組，分析兩組治療前后生活質(zhì)量評分、癥狀積分。結(jié)果：治療前，兩組生活質(zhì)量評分、癥狀積分對比均無顯著差異（P>0.05）；治療后，觀察組生活質(zhì)量評分明顯高于對照組，觀察組白帶異常、外陰瘙癢、陰道紅腫、灼熱疼痛癥狀積分均明顯低于對照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of nifuratel to mycin vaginal soft capsule in the treatment of vaginitis. Methods： A total of 118 patients with vaginitis from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. Life quality scores and symptom scores of the two groups were analyzed before and after treatment. Results： Before treatment， there were no significant differences in quality of life score and symptom score between the two groups（P>0.05）. After treatment， the life quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group， and the symptoms scores of abnormal leucorrhea， vulvar pruritus， vaginal redness and scorching pain of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group， with statistical significance（P
