【Abstract】Objective： To explore the improvement effect of ceftriaxone sodium combined with ambroxol hydrochloride on clinical efficacy and clinical indexes in the treatment of old chronic branch. 老年慢性支氣管炎簡稱為老慢支，屬于臨床呼吸科常見疾病類型，指的是支氣管黏膜、器官以及四周組織出現(xiàn)炎性反應(yīng)，此病好發(fā)生在老年群體中，發(fā)生病因與多因素有關(guān)，包括吸入有害氣體、免疫功能、氣候、感染等，有著反復(fù)性發(fā)作、病程長、起病緩慢等特點(diǎn)，以喘息、咳痰、咳嗽等癥狀為主要表現(xiàn)，嚴(yán)重影響到人們正常生活與生活質(zhì)量[1]。（剩余4015字）
