探究妊娠糖尿病患者采用門冬胰島素治療的方法和效果

【摘要】目的：對門冬胰島素在妊娠糖尿病治療中的使用方法及其效果展開研究。方法：選取我院于2020年3月—2021年9月期間收治的64例妊娠糖尿病患者作為研究對象，以不同的治療用藥方案進(jìn)行分組，對照組的32例患者使用生物合成人胰島素實(shí)施治療，觀察組的32例患者接受門冬胰島素治療，對比兩組治療效果。結(jié)果：觀察組患者胰島素用量更少，患者血糖達(dá)標(biāo)時(shí)間更短，另外觀察組妊娠結(jié)局也比對照組好，巨大兒等母嬰不良事件發(fā)生率明顯更低（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the method and effect of insulin aspart in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods：A total of 64 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects，and they were divided into groups according to different therapeutic regimens：32 patients in the control group were treated with biosynthetic human insulin，and 32 patients in the observation group were treated with insulin aspart.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results： The patients in the observation group used less insulin andhad shorter time to reach the blood glucose standard，in addition，the pregnancy outcome of the observation group was better than that of the control group，and the incidence of maternal and infant adverse events such as macrosomia in the observation group was significantly lower（P
