【摘要】目的：分析人性化敘事護(hù)理在乳腺癌化療患者負(fù)性情緒中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將2020年3月—2021年5月收治的乳腺癌化療患者92例分為兩組，對照組46例開展常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組46例開展人性化敘事護(hù)理，對比兩組心理社會問卷、生活質(zhì)量評分。結(jié)果：護(hù)理后，觀察組焦慮/抑郁、自尊和自我接納、態(tài)度、自我控制和自我效能感、歸屬感及總分均高于對照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the application effect of humanized narrative nursing in the negative emotions of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods：A random number table method was used to divide 92 breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy from March 2020 to May 2021 into two groups，46 cases in the control group were given routine nursing，and 46 cases inthe observation group were given humanized narrative nursing.The psychosocialquestionnaires，and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.
