河南省科技型中小企業(yè)科技金融服務(wù)體系建設(shè)探索

摘 要：科技型中小企業(yè)是創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的主力軍。為了更好地滿足科技型中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的需要，改善傳統(tǒng)融資模式的弊端，筆者在河南省科技金融實踐工作的基礎(chǔ)上，探索科技型中小企業(yè)科技金融服務(wù)體系的構(gòu)建模式，并提出優(yōu)化建議，以期為區(qū)域內(nèi)科技型中心企業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展助力。

Research on the Scientific and Technological Financial System of Scientific and Technological Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Henan Province

Abstract：Technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises are the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship. In order to better meet the innovation needs of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises and improve the disadvantages of the traditional financing mode， the author explores the construction mode of scientific and technological financial service system of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises on the basis of the practical work of scientific and technological finance in Henan Province， and puts forward optimization suggestions， in order to promote the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the region.

我國正處于科技創(chuàng)新環(huán)境不斷優(yōu)化的新階段，金融業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展及相關(guān)政策法規(guī)的陸續(xù)出臺，為高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)及科技型企業(yè)發(fā)展注入了活力[1]。（剩余5849字）
