高校干部人事檔案專(zhuān)項(xiàng)審核對(duì)檔案管理工作的啟示

摘  要：通過(guò)對(duì)高校干部人事檔案專(zhuān)項(xiàng)審核過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題及原因分析，給人事檔案管理工作指明了工作方向，從注重檔案宣傳強(qiáng)化檔案意識(shí)、建立完善管理制度規(guī)范檔案管理、加強(qiáng)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、推進(jìn)檔案數(shù)字化建設(shè)、健全監(jiān)督機(jī)制等措施達(dá)到提高干部人事檔案管理質(zhì)量，為高校發(fā)展提供真實(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的人才信息服務(wù)。

Abstract： Through the analysis of the problems and causes found in the special audit of the personnel archives of college cadres， the work direction for the management of personnel archives has been pointed out， from focusing on the publicity of archives to strengthen the awareness of archives， establishing and improving the management system to standardize archive management， strengthening the construction of talent teams， promoting the digital construction of archives， the improvement of the supervision mechanism and other measures can improve the management quality of cadre personnel archives， and provide true and accurate talent information services for the development of colleges and universities.

為全面貫徹落實(shí)黨中央作出的全面從嚴(yán)治黨的重要部署，中共中央組織部自2014年10月起在全國(guó)分級(jí)分批次開(kāi)展了干部人事檔案專(zhuān)項(xiàng)審核工作，首先從省管干部檔案審核，再到中層以上干部檔案審核，再到目前的全覆蓋檔案審核，目的就是規(guī)范干部人事檔案管理，保證干部人事檔案的真實(shí)性和完整性，整治檔案造假行為，在選拔任用干部中充分發(fā)揮其憑證作用。（剩余3672字）
