摘  要：經(jīng)過(guò)數(shù)十年的發(fā)展，在社會(huì)需要的促進(jìn)之下，檔案信息化革命進(jìn)入到了質(zhì)變的階段，這是一種全方位的“數(shù)字轉(zhuǎn)型”。這種轉(zhuǎn)型包括：檔案存在形式的數(shù)據(jù)化、存在方式的集合化、管理模式的單軌化、運(yùn)行模式的實(shí)時(shí)化、管理主體的信息化、技術(shù)應(yīng)用的高新化、價(jià)值模式的數(shù)智化、管理系統(tǒng)的一體化與集成化等。
