Latent profile analysis and influencing factors of kinesiophobia in postoperative patients with breast cancer

Abstract Objective:To understand the kinesiophobia of postoperative breast cancer patients,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 209 inpatients who undergoing breast cancer surgery in a tertiary grade A cancer hospital in Hangzhou were selected as the study objects.A study was conducted by using the general information questionnaire,disease related data questionnaire,the Fear?avoidance Components Scale(FACS),General Self?efficacy Scale(GSES) and Quality of Life Questionnaire?Breast Cancer Module(QLQ?BR23).Latent profile analysis was used to identify the types of kinesiophobia characteristics of patients after breast cancer surgery.Multiple Logistic regression was used to further analyze the influencing factors.Results:The kinesiophobia characteristics of postoperative breast cancer patients were divided into 3 categories:subclinical kinesiophobia?stable group(34.93%),mild kinesiophobia?unstable group(34.93%),and moderate kinesiophobia?worry group(30.14%).The results of multivariate Logistic regression showed that education level,number of receiving health?related education,self?efficacy,body image,future prospective and limb symptoms were the influencing factors.Conclusions:There are obvious classification characteristics of kinesiophobia of patients after breast cancer surgery.Medical staff should implement targeted intervention to different types of patients according to the influencing factors to reduce the kinesiophobia of patients.
