老年癡呆病人代理決策應(yīng)用研究進(jìn)展

Abstract  This paper introduced the relevant concepts and connotations of surrogate decision making， and systematically reviewed the influencing factors of surrogate decision making and the progress of assisted decision?making tools at home and abroad.In order to help surrogate decision makers of dementia patients in China to make the best clinical decisions，to ensure the best interests of patients，and to provide reference basis for the development of surrogate decision making and related care measures for dementia patients in China.

摘要  介紹代理決策的相關(guān)概念及內(nèi)涵，系統(tǒng)綜述代理決策的影響因素及國(guó)內(nèi)外輔助決策工具的進(jìn)展，以期幫助我國(guó)癡呆病人代理決策者作出最佳臨床決策，確保病人利益最大化，為我國(guó)癡呆病人代理決策的發(fā)展及制定相關(guān)護(hù)理措施提供參考依據(jù)。（剩余14161字）
