Abstract  This paper reviewed the epidemiology，influencing factors，assessment methods，prevention and management of subdelirium syndrome in orthopedic elderly patients at home and abroad.In order to provide the basis for carrying out relevant research in China，improving the overall prevention and management level of subdelirium syndrome in orthopaedic elderly patients，and exploring the medical care and management scheme suitable for orthopaedic elderly patients with subdelirium syndrome in China.

摘要  對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外骨科老年病人亞譫妄綜合征的流行病學(xué)現(xiàn)狀、影響因素、評(píng)估方法、預(yù)防管理等方面進(jìn)行綜述，以期為國(guó)內(nèi)開展相關(guān)研究、提升骨科老年病人亞譫妄綜合征的整體預(yù)防與管理水平、探索適合我國(guó)骨科老年病人亞譫妄綜合征護(hù)理管理方案提供依據(jù)。（剩余18543字）
