〔摘 要〕援外成套項目是中國最主要的對外援助方式。以援吉奧什醫(yī)院項目為例，從援外政策、流程、考察要點等多個方面剖析了專業(yè)考察的工作重點，對如何在限定的考察時間內(nèi)快速有效地解決突出問題，提升專業(yè)考察質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了分析總結(jié)。

Analysis of Key Points for Professional Investigation of Foreign Aid Turkey Projects

Abstract   The foreign aid turkey project is the most important way of China's project aid to foreign countries. Taking the project of aiding Kyrgyzstan Osh Hospital as an example， this paper focus on the professional investigation from multiple aspects such as foreign aid policies， procedures， and investigation key points， and also summarizes how to quickly and effectively solve prominent problems and improve the quality of professional investigation within the limited investigation time.
