國(guó)外某鉛鋅礦全尾砂膏體充填設(shè)計(jì)方案研究

〔摘 要〕對(duì)全尾砂膏體充填的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析,并且以境外某鉛鋅礦為例,對(duì)該礦全尾砂材料進(jìn)行了物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)、粒級(jí)組成、強(qiáng)度配比等試驗(yàn)。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,對(duì)深錐濃密充填工藝和圓盤(pán)過(guò)濾機(jī)充填工藝兩種方案進(jìn)行了工藝比選,最終選擇采用深錐濃密機(jī)充填制備工藝,并詳細(xì)介紹了充填制備站主要設(shè)備的選型計(jì)算過(guò)程。

Research on the Design Alternatives of Unclassified Tailings Paste Fill for a Foreign Lead Zinc Mine

Abstract The paper analyzes the characteristics of unclassified tailings paste fill. Taking an overseas lead zinc mine as an example, the tests were conducted on the physical and chemical properties, particle size composition, and strength ratio of the unclassified tailings. Based on the test results, two alternatives are proposed: deep cone thickener fill process and disc filter fill process. After process comparison, the deep cone thickener fill preparation process was selected, and the selection and calculation of the main equipment of the fill preparation station were described in detail.
