〔摘 要〕介紹紫金銅業(yè)熔煉廠管狀帶式輸送機的使用情況，分析目前存在現(xiàn)狀，通過對管狀帶式輸送機操作方式優(yōu)化、機械結(jié)構(gòu)改進（包括頭部驅(qū)動裝置調(diào)整、頭部驅(qū)動滾筒改造、中間段成管及展開段托輥重新選型、尾部受料裝置改造等），降低設(shè)備維護成本，解決導致管狀帶式輸送機停機的問題，提高設(shè)備穩(wěn)定性。

Abstract  This paper introduces the use of tubular belt conveyor in Zijin Copper Smelter and analyzes the historical and existing issues. By optimizing the operation mode and improving the mechanical structure of tubular belt conveyor （The improvements include： adjustment of the head drive device， modification of the head drive drum， re-selection of the intermediate section tube forming and unfolding section roller， and modification of the tail material receiving device）， it can reduce the maintenance cost of equipment， solve the problems that caused the shutdown of tubular belt conveyor and improve the stability of equipment.
