廠區(qū)熱力管網(wǎng)典型π型彎支座反力對(duì)比研究

〔摘 要〕廠區(qū)熱力管網(wǎng)的熱膨脹常采用π型彎進(jìn)行吸收,不同π型彎的型式其支座反力的表現(xiàn)不盡相同,文章將其歸納為6種典型型式,并分別建立了相應(yīng)型式的管系有限元模型,通過(guò)對(duì)各有限元模型進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,對(duì)比研究廠區(qū)熱力管網(wǎng)各種空間π型彎型式的支座反力表現(xiàn)(軸向、橫向、豎向反力值及支座脫空情況)。

Comparative Study on the Reaction of Typical π-Shaped Bend Support in the Plant

Heat Supply Pipe Network

Abstract   The thermal expansion of the plant heat supply pipe network is often absorbed by π - shaped bends. Different types of π - shaped bend exhibit different support reactions, which is classified into six typical types. The corresponding finite element models of different types of the pipe systems are established. Through calculation and analysis of the finite element models, the support reaction performances of different types of π - shaped bend in various spaces are conducted in a comparative study, including axial, horizontal and vertical reaction values of the plant heat supply pipe network, as well as support bearing separation.
