海外總承包項目綜合管理工作優(yōu)化探析

〔摘 要〕以菲律賓某冶煉廠改造工程為例，介紹了該海外工程總承包項目的綜合部（國內(nèi)部分）的崗位設(shè)置及其職責范圍，分析了海外EPC項目綜合部工作與國內(nèi)EPC項目管理的類似部分和不同部分，總結(jié)了該項目實施過程中的經(jīng)驗，并針對該項目綜合管理過程中遇到的問題給出了優(yōu)化建議。

Analysis on the Optimization of Integrated Management of Overseas Engineering

General Contract Project

Abstract  Taking the renovation project of a smelter in the Philippines as an example， this paper introduces the job setting and scope of responsibilities of the general affairs department （domestic sector） of the overseas general contract project， analyzes the similar and different works of the general affairs department of the overseas EPC project and the project management of the domestic EPC project， summarizes the experience in the project implementation period， and provides optimization suggestions for the problems encountered in the integrated management  of the project.
