信息服務(wù)“最后一公里”問(wèn)題調(diào)研分析

摘要：該調(diào)研全面了解京郊涉農(nóng)信息服務(wù)基礎(chǔ)，摸清服務(wù)對(duì)象需求，對(duì)照農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部信息進(jìn)村入戶(hù)工程提出的“有場(chǎng)地、有設(shè)備、有網(wǎng)絡(luò)、有人員、有網(wǎng)頁(yè)、有可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力”的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及村級(jí)服務(wù)站功能設(shè)定征求建議，解決信息服務(wù)“最后一公里”的問(wèn)題，完善農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)公益服務(wù)體系，為推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)信息化健康發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。

Investigation Analysis on“Last Kilometer”of Information Services

Abstract：The basis of agriculture-related information services in suburbs of Beijing was comprehensively understood in investigation，needs of service objects were found out，according to suggestions on function setting of village service stations and standard of“site，equipment，network，personnel，web pages and sustainable development”proposed by information entry project of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.The investigation would be helpful to solve problem of“l(fā)ast kilometer”of information services，improve rural basic public welfare service system，to lay foundation for promoting healthy development of agricultural informatization.

0 引言

為貫徹落實(shí)農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部《關(guān)于全面推進(jìn)信息進(jìn)村入戶(hù)工程的實(shí)施意見(jiàn)》和北京市農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村局《關(guān)于全面推進(jìn)信息進(jìn)村入戶(hù)工程的實(shí)施意見(jiàn)》精神，結(jié)合農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)村、農(nóng)民發(fā)展實(shí)際，暢通農(nóng)村信息渠道，摸清京郊“最后一公里”的現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題和制約因素，抓住“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+農(nóng)村、農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)民”機(jī)遇實(shí)現(xiàn)信息進(jìn)村入戶(hù)，更好地促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)信息服務(wù)，推動(dòng)北京都市型現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)又好又快發(fā)展[1]。（剩余5292字）
