鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略背景下“三農(nóng)”人才隊(duì)伍培育對(duì)策研究

摘要 培育一支優(yōu)秀的“三農(nóng)”人才隊(duì)伍是鄉(xiāng)村振興的關(guān)鍵，基于當(dāng)前我國(guó)“三農(nóng)”人才隊(duì)伍培育中存在的相關(guān)問(wèn)題，探究問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因，提出提升“三農(nóng)”人才隊(duì)伍培育的對(duì)策，通過(guò)研究“三農(nóng)”人才隊(duì)伍培育問(wèn)題，為農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和新農(nóng)村建設(shè)提供有效的人才保障。

Research on the Cultivation Countermeasures of “Agriculture， Rural Areas and Farmers” Talent Team under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Abstract Cultivating an excellent team of “agriculture， rural areas and farmers” is the key to rural revitalization. This paper is based on the existing problems in the cultivation of “agriculture， rural areas and farmers” talent team， explore the causes of the problems， and put forward countermeasures to improve the cultivation of “agriculture， rural areas and farmers” talent team， by exploring the problems of “agriculture， rural areas and farmers” talent team cultivation， to provide effective talent guarantee for rural economic development and new rural construction.
