銻對油菜生理生化及安全品質(zhì)影響的研究進展

摘要 礦區(qū)的無序開采和冶煉是農(nóng)田重金屬污染主要來源。農(nóng)田土壤中重金屬被作物富集轉(zhuǎn)移后,還會影響農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全。重金屬污染的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品通過食物鏈被人體吸收,將危害人類健康。對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)重金屬對油菜的生理生化活動、富積轉(zhuǎn)移以及菜油安全食用品質(zhì)的影響進行了歸納總結(jié),旨在為食品安全和重金屬污染治理提供參考。

Research Progress on the Effects of Stibium on Physiology, Biochemistry, and Safety Quality of Rape

Abstract Heavy metal contamination in farmland is mostly caused by uncontrolled mining and smelting in mining districts. Heavy metals in farmland soil will be enhanced and transported by crops, affecting the quality and safety of agricultural goods. Heavy metal-contaminated agricultural products are absorbed by the human body via the food chain, threatening human health. The purpose of this study is to give a reference for food safety and heavy metal pollution control by summarizing the impacts of heavy metals on the physiological and biochemical activities, accumulation and transfer of rapeseed, and safe edible quality of rapeseed oil.
