新形勢(shì)下河南煙葉高質(zhì)量發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)與對(duì)策

摘 要：該文對(duì)煙葉發(fā)展形勢(shì)出現(xiàn)的新變化、河南煙葉高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)及存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析，提出了增強(qiáng)煙葉規(guī)模調(diào)控的能力、提高供給對(duì)需求的適應(yīng)性、提高煙區(qū)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展能力、培育煙葉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展新動(dòng)能、打造煙葉名牌等對(duì)策建議，為進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)河南煙葉高質(zhì)量發(fā)展提供參考。

Advantages and Countermeasures of High Quality Tobacco Leaf Development in Henan Under New Situation

Abstract： This article analyzed the new changes have taken place in the situation， advantage ad difficulty of the tobacco high quality development.Put forward some feasible high quality development ways.For example， strengthen ability of regulation production scale， improve the adaptability of supply to demand，improving the ability of high-quality development in tobacco-growing areas，new growth drivers for the tobacco industry ，create famous tobacco brands and so on， that expected to provide reference for tobacco high quality development in Henan.
