多效唑?qū)Σ葺秃缘挠绊?/h1>

摘 要:為研究不同濃度多效唑?qū)Σ葺秃缘挠绊?,設(shè)置40、80、120、160、200、240mg/kg等6種劑量濃度的多效唑噴施草莓葉片,以清水為對(duì)照(CK)。用3~-15℃的低溫處理草莓植株,根據(jù)相對(duì)電導(dǎo)配合Logistic方程,求得半致死溫度(LT50),同時(shí)測(cè)定田間低溫凍害指數(shù)、死亡率。結(jié)果表明:7個(gè)處理草莓葉片半致死溫度為120mg/L(-9.00℃)

Abstract: In order to study the effects of different concentrations of multi-effect azole on the cold tolerance of strawberry,strawberry leaves were sprayed with 40, 80,120, 160, 200, 240mg/kg multi-effect azole with clear water as control(CK). Strawberry plants were treated at low temperature of 3~-15℃. According to the relative conductance and Logistic equation,the semi-lethal temperature(LT50)was obtained. At the same time,the field freezing injury index and mortality were measured. The results showed that the semi-conductivity death temperature of 7 treated strawberry leaves was 120mg/L(-9.00℃)
