木本食用油料樹種資源特征及其育種利用的研究進展

摘 要:該文介紹了油橄欖、油棕、椰子、油茶、山核桃等主要木本食用油料樹種的分布特點、發(fā)展狀況、加工利用現狀等,分析了這些木本食用油料樹種果實與種子的營養(yǎng)品質、脂肪酸與油脂、加工利用、產品開發(fā)及應用前景,并總結了品種優(yōu)良化、栽培標準化與規(guī)?;?、科學灌溉與施肥以及信息輔助管理模型系統等的栽培管理技術。

Abstract: In this paper, the distribution, development and utilization of woody edible oil trees including Oleaceae euporaea, Elaeis guineensis, Cocos nucifara, Camellia oleifera and Carya illinoensis were introduced. The characteristics of nutrition, quality, differences of fruits quality of fruits and seeds, such as fatty acids and lipid were summarized. The nutritional values and quality characteristics, processing and utilization, application prospects were reviewed. The development trend of cultivars, standardization and scale of cultivation, scientific irrigation and fertilization, and information-assisted management model system were laid out.
