胰腺錯構(gòu)瘤1例報告

摘要：胰腺錯構(gòu)瘤是一種罕見的胰腺良性病變，缺乏典型的臨床癥狀和影像學(xué)特征，術(shù)前難以診斷。常由于無法排除惡性腫瘤的風(fēng)險而行外科手術(shù)治療，從而造成正常胰腺組織的損傷。此外，胰腺錯構(gòu)瘤中出現(xiàn)胃黏膜組織尚未有報道，本文同時回顧了國內(nèi)外有關(guān)胰腺錯構(gòu)瘤的文獻，總結(jié)其臨床表現(xiàn)及影像學(xué)特點，有助于術(shù)前診斷。

Abstract：Pancreatic hamartoma is a rare benign lesion of the pancreas characterized by a lack of typical clinical symptoms and imaging features，which leads to the difficulty in diagnosis before surgery.Since surgical intervention is often performed due to the inability to exclude the risk of malignant tumor，it may cause damage to normal pancreatic tissue.In addition，the presence of gastric mucosal tissue in pancreatic hamartomahas not been reported in the literature.This article reviews the articles on pancreatic hamartomain China and globally and summarizes its clinical and imaging features，so as to provide help for preoperative diagnosis.
