鄉(xiāng)村振興背景下鄉(xiāng)村治理探析

——以鄢陵縣張橋鎮(zhèn)和寨村為例

摘  要：基礎(chǔ)不牢，地動(dòng)山搖，鄉(xiāng)村治理是全面鄉(xiāng)村振興的前提和保障，是“定盤星”“助推器”和“壓艙石”，該文以鄢陵縣張橋鎮(zhèn)和寨村鄉(xiāng)村治理為例，從中可以得到啟示。鄉(xiāng)村治理必須以民為本，黨建引領(lǐng)，因地制宜，守正創(chuàng)新。

Abstract： The foundation is not solid， the earth is shaking， and rural governance is the premise and guarantee of all-round rural revitalization， and it is the "fixed star"， "booster" and "ballast stone". This paper takes the rural governance of Hezhai Village， Zhangqiao Town in Yiling County as an example， from which we can get inspiration. Rural governance must be people-oriented， party building lead， adjust measures to local conditions， keep correct innovation.
