新農(nóng)科特色專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)路徑優(yōu)化探析
摘 要:新農(nóng)科建設(shè)立足現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,以強(qiáng)農(nóng)興農(nóng)為目標(biāo),致力培養(yǎng)復(fù)合型和創(chuàng)新型的人才。該文通過對新農(nóng)科內(nèi)涵及新農(nóng)科建設(shè)進(jìn)展進(jìn)行分析,從升級農(nóng)業(yè)類專業(yè)和課程設(shè)置、打造一流師資隊伍和實(shí)訓(xùn)平臺、夯實(shí)學(xué)生農(nóng)業(yè)情懷教育和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力4個方面探索優(yōu)化新農(nóng)科專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)路徑的有效途徑。

Abstract: The construction of new agricultural science is based on the development of modern agricultural industry, aims at strengthening agriculture and invigorating agriculture, and is designed to cultivate compound and innovative talents. This paper analyzes the connotation of new agricultural science and the progress of new agricultural science construction, exploring effective ways to optimize the training path of new agricultural professionals from four aspects, upgrading agricultural specialties and courses, building first-class teachers and training platform, fostering students' agricultural responsibility education and cultivating students' innovative ability.
