“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”背景下濰坊市智慧農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展機遇及實踐探索

摘 要：該文總結(jié)濰坊市在“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”背景下，發(fā)展智慧農(nóng)業(yè)的機遇，以及近年來在建設(shè)農(nóng)業(yè)大數(shù)據(jù)中心、成立數(shù)字農(nóng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟、推進信息進村入戶與構(gòu)建質(zhì)量監(jiān)管平臺等方面取得的階段性成果，分析當(dāng)前發(fā)展過程中存在的問題，并從頂層設(shè)計、人才建設(shè)和加大投入等方面提出針對性的發(fā)展建議，為今后智慧農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供參考。

Abstract： This paper summarizes the opportunities for Weifang to develop smart agriculture in the context of "Internet plus" and the periodical achievements made in recent years in the construction of agricultural big data center， the establishment of digital agricultural alliance， the promotion of information entering into villages and households， and the construction of quality supervision platform， this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current development process， and puts forward targeted development suggestions from the aspects of top-level design， talent construction， investment increase and so on， so as to provide reference for the development of smart agriculture in the future.

智慧農(nóng)業(yè)是將農(nóng)業(yè)作為一個中心系統(tǒng)，通過“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)”與“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)”，依靠農(nóng)業(yè)大數(shù)據(jù)、云計算及物聯(lián)網(wǎng)共同組成一個完整的智慧農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條，推動現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)與農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)全過程的結(jié)合，形成的一種新的發(fā)展體系和模式[1]。（剩余5123字）
