技術(shù)創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)管理體系融入主營業(yè)務(wù)方法研究

摘 要：本文從組織機(jī)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)品研發(fā)過程兩個維度，提出了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)質(zhì)量責(zé)任制體系建立的方法，并針對企業(yè)管理體系過程與主營業(yè)務(wù)過程結(jié)合不緊密的現(xiàn)象，提出了將企業(yè)組織機(jī)構(gòu)的質(zhì)量責(zé)任制體系與產(chǎn)品研發(fā)過程的質(zhì)量責(zé)任制體系有機(jī)結(jié)合的方法。

Research on the Method of Integrating the Management System of Technological Innovation Enterprises into the Main Business

Abstract： This paper puts forward a method to establish the quality responsibility system of technological innovation oriented enterprises from the two dimensions of organization and product R&D process， and also provides a method to organically combine the quality responsibility system of enterprise organization with the quality responsibility system of product R&D process in view of the phenomenon that the process of enterprise management system is not closely integrated with the main business process.
