大容量試驗系統(tǒng)動熱穩(wěn)定試驗探討

摘 要：動熱穩(wěn)定試驗是檢驗電器產(chǎn)品承受短路電流產(chǎn)生的電應(yīng)力和熱效應(yīng)能力的一種重要性能試驗。在大容量試驗系統(tǒng)中開展動熱穩(wěn)定試驗應(yīng)充分了解試驗的具體要求和特點，本文以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求為依據(jù)，結(jié)合試驗經(jīng)驗，從試驗程序、操作要求、風(fēng)險點及防護措施方面進行了探討，為相關(guān)試驗人員提供借鑒和參考。

Discussion on Dynamic and Thermal Stability Test of Large Capacity Test System

Abstract： Dynamic thermal stability test is used to test the ability of electrical products to withstand electrical stress and thermal effect generated by short circuit current. The specifi c requirements and characteristics of the test should be fully understood when carrying out the dynamic thermal stability test in the large capacity test system. Based on the standard requirements and combined with the test experience， this paper discusses the test procedures， operational requirements， risk points and protective measures， providing reference for relevant test personnel.
