摘 要：企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化在企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營(yíng)、管理等方面具有十分重要的作用，對(duì)于提高企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理水平具有重要意義。本文闡述了企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的作用和意義，重點(diǎn)對(duì)企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系中管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系、技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系和工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系三大組成部分進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的實(shí)施效果分析，并從節(jié)約成本的角度定性分析企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化帶來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效果。

Abstract： Enterprise standardization plays a very important role in the production， operation and management of enterprises， and is of great signifi cance for improving the quality management level of enterprises. This paper expounds the role and signifi cance of enterprise standardization， analyzes the implementation effect of the three major components of enterprise standards system： management standards system， technical standards system and work standards system， and makes a qualitative analysis of the economic effect brought by enterprise standardization from the perspective of cost saving.
